Labyrinth Walking + Meditation

The Labyrinth is an ancient method for meditation and contemplation. Unlike a maze which has multiple dead ends and a different entrance and exit, a labyrinth has the same way in and out. Many people walk the labyrinth to contemplate on a problem or just to take a moment of peace. Join Ministry of the Steps from 12-5pm every Thursday to walk the labyrinth, meditate on a labyrinth image, or to learn how to draw a labyrinth!
